I'm going to be really real with ya'll right now. Truth is...I hate this. I hate that I have to sit here and pretend I'm excited for this whole "new year, new me" bit. I'm not happy about this. Like pretty much every woman I know I've struggled with my weight since having kids. My youngest is 7 and more often than not I still like to connect my weight and ever growing ass with baby weight. HA! Who am I kidding?! I know I need to do this, I know that losing weight and eating better will help me feel better. How do I know? Because I've been down this road before. I've met goals and crushed them with all kinds of force. From that, since 2013, I've gained 35 pounds. So here we are. Please tell me I'm not alone! Let's crush this!

The rules are pretty simple, lose 4% of your body weight in 28 days and split the pot with whoever else meets the same goal. There isn't a specific workout or meal plan to follow so you can use whatever method you are comfortable with. The idea is to make this fun and easy for YOU, and some things that work for us may not work for you. So feel free to do whatever you need to meet your goal.
