Well I went to weigh in yesterday for this challenge and found myself up from a little a lot too much holiday fun.  I was bloated and puffy and I refused to let myself weigh in til this morning and was a little bit under control and down a bit.  This is a new day and a new start.  Back on the wagon.

Plan for the day:

Breakfast - Yummy Ezekiel tortilla fried in avocado oil with vegetarian refried beans and yellow peppers with a lemon/blueberry smoothie

Snack 1:  Cashew Butter/Coconut Manna Dip with Carrots

Lunch:  Acorn Squash stuffed with Beef/flax taco meat and a cranberry lime smoothie

S2:  Pecans and Celery

Dinner:  Repeat Breakfast with Red Bell Peppers and no smoothie.
