Day 2 and I am already feeling much better after a day of clean eating and back on track.

First of all what is NOT on my plate for the next 27 days:

  • No dairy
  • No soy
  • No wheat (exception orange packed sprouted grain Ezekial breads)
  • No refined sugar
  • No artificial sweeteners
  • No corn
  • No soy
  • No caffeinne
  • No alcohol
  • No dried fruit or fruit juices
  • No fat-free "diet foods"
  • No added nitrates

This leaves a plethora of clean delicious wholesome foods that nourish my body and heal my metabolism:

  • Low to moderate glycemic fruits (phase dependent)
  • Wholesome vegetables and plenty of them (unlimited but at LEAST 4 cups/servings Monday and Tuesday and at LEAST 6 cups/servings Wednesdayand Thursday and at LEAST 8 cups Friday-Sunday) - (also phase dependent)
  • Clean proteins
  • Whole grains (sprouted when possible)
  • Healthy Fats (Friday - Sunday only)
  • Half my body weight in ounces of water every day

Todays's plan:

Breakfast - Oatmeal/Strawberry Smoothie and 1/2 apple with Yogi Detox Tea

Snack 1 - Grapefruit with chipotle powder

Lunch - Sweet potato with Beef/Pumpkin Chili and Ezekial sproated grain tortilla crisps and a grapefruit

Snack 2- Grapefruit with chipotle powder

Dinner- Strip Steak with Green Beans and Romaine "salad" dressed with blasamic vinegar and Ezekial sprouted grain toast (finished with a rub of garlic clove)

Something to do for me today:

  • Epsom salt foot bath, while enjoying a ginger tea (plantar faciitis is bothering me)
  • It Work's Body Wrap (tighten, tone, and firm this belly I am losing)
  • Edited:  forgot my boosters - Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar (first thing with water & cayenne); Dandelion Root Tea; Milk Thistle Tinture
