Jan 4th:
After 12 hours at work I did 25 minutes on the stepper, 5 minutes ab workout. Saw my thighs in the mirror, I never had much cellulite to begin with but since doing workouts on the stepper it's nearly completely gone. Makes me very proud. At work I ate carrots and 1 apple with a bit of peanut butter. Dinner was chicken with couscous and a mustard cream sauce a recipe by Martha Stewart that I love.
Jan 5th:
Another 12 hour shift at work, had a few crackers, a piece of cake and lots of water. Dinner was buffet from an event I went to by the Austrian Red Cross. Didn't eat that much there (considering how much I used to eat at a buffet) but they didn't have many healthy options. I had one small piece of chicken finger, a baked Camembert (size of a loonie) a dumpling with game (deer I think) and a piece of pork. Since the event started as my work finished we had to hurry after work picking up our dog and changing so I did not have time for exercise. But I forgot about that when I had an amazing evening with friends and received an award by the Red Cross for all the drives I have done so far.
Jan 6th:
After only 5 hours of sleep I went into the third 12 hr shift in a row at work. Jan 6th is a national holiday in Austria and luckily it was a very calm day at work. Got home exhausted to so I skipped exercise. At work I ate a few pumpkin seeds covered in chocolate, a few crackers and 1 piece of cake that was leftover at work. Lotsa green tea and water and only one coffee. At home we cooked spaghetti with seafood in a creamy lemon sauce. I love to cook.
Kina scared ares to get on the scale as the last two days I feel like I ate a lot but I will tomorrow. And the next 2 days I don't have to worki am gonna try to do an hour of exercise each day and eat healthy.
