Yesterday was A GREAT DAY!  Kept on track, resisted temptations and stuck with my plan.  (Yes I resisted homemade buttery toffee (which the aroma was intoxicating) and birthday cake (chocolate with whipped icing).  My reward was ANOTHER POUND BITES THE DUST!  I had a naked caesar (romaine lettuce) with a perfectly grilled chicken breast and red wine vinegar.

Today begins 3 lovely days of healthy fats to "unleash the burn".  Plan for the day:

  • Breakfast:  Grapefruit with chipotle powder, Strip steak with yellow bell pepper and garlic sauteed in avocado oil, Ezekial garlic bread (dry toasted with garlic rub, then olive oil and himalayan salt) and some green beans.
  • Snack 1:  Carrots and pecans and egg white
  • Lunch:  Strip steak, green beans with almonds, grapefruit
  • Snack 2:  Carrots and Cashews and egg white
  • Dinner:  Naked Caesar with tbd (traveling - so see what is phase compliant on the menu) #no lobster bisque

I am ready for traveling - went and laminated my phase compliant food lists so I can stay on track.
