I have been struggling for a long time with my weight. I am so committed now that it is almost addicting to go to the gym daily! Being a night shift nurse I have a hard time keeping or even beginning a routine. My days off are easy but staying up all night makes it had to know when to eat. Plus, I love going to the gym in the morning by after a 12. Shift I'm exhausted! I just try to convince myself to at least go walk!
On the bright side I feel this has been my most successful week! I've made it to the gym everyday and even began running! Being on 2016!!
