I don't know about you, but my weekends come with much temptation!

The week days are not so bad, everything is such a routine. . . but the weekend - YIKES!

Who knows what Saturday or Sunday will bring?

Try to limit the temptations in your own kitchen, you do have control over that. Now when you go out, choose a place that will accomidate you and your choices. Don't make it harder on yourself than it already is. Almost any restaurant will accomodate a special diet that is not listed on the menu. For instance, order grilled chicken, with steamed veggies and a sweet potato or wild rice. You can even forgo the potato or rice, just order more veggies!
