Today was great, I got 60+ minutes of exercise in, and drank 120 oz of water. I love that my on-campus-office-job has an ice machine. It makes drinking water (ice collllld water) that much easier. I had so much energy today and did not drink ANY caffeine. During my break in Cognition & Affective all my friends ran to buy some overpriced Starbucks and I just grabbed more ice water in order to stay hydrated. After class I stayed late and finished my Howard IRB paperwork for my upcoming study, and then started a grant proposal for a health psych research award. I walked the 3 miles home (and saw the first snowfall! So glad I walked!) and came home with MORE energy! So I cleaned all our dishes (no we do not own a dishwasher), made a giant bowl of salad for dinners for the week, then steam mopped the kitchen floor. Then, I updated the health psych group google drive. I have been a vice president of the health psych group on campus for... 11 months? And I have only updated the google drive ONCE because I've been "too overwhelmed and tired" to even think about organizing it.

Seriosuly, water is my best friend.

Also, I downloaded simple blocker so that I can block sites like facebook, pinterest, weddinggawker, dietbet (sorry! I have to!), twitter, etc. from 9-7 every day. I ended my night starting to watch Elle Lp's weightloss documentary but my fiance got home at 9pm bearing gifts so I will have to finish watching that tomorrow night. Tomorrow I start my Intro to Forensics course and Clinical Psychopharmocology.
