
I have 19 days 19 hours and 43 minutes to loose 9.3 lbs. It is time to stop the insanity (See the picture for the defintion) and shake things up. So this means I will be dusting off the XBox and the Spin bike to try and hit my goal for the transformer game which will also shatter my goals for the two kickstarters I joined this month.
What do you need to stop repeating in your daily routine to make sure you hit your health goals this game? Is it to add more exercise? Give up that treat at your co-workers desk? To get out and walk for 30 minutes at lunch?
