I am very excited to take this journey. It is beyond time for me to take off some of the weight that I have gained over the past few years and this seems to be a great venue to do so. I am thankful for this opportunity. My husband will be joining with me so not only will I be losing weight and increasing my body's strength but my husband and I will come together on a higher level.
