Find your true motivation. I ran my last marathon on a broken ankle (didn't know til after) and every step along the way was incredibly painful and I was ready to quit. It killed me to walk the last 15 miles but I was going to finish. I ran/walked that race for Clarabel Snuggles! I knew at the finish line was my little niece and she would be proud of me (wether I walked or ran). Knowing I could snuggle her at the end and see her clapping and giving kisses kept me motivated.
