Welp, it has been 16 days since the dietbet started.  I started out rough and kept messing up at least once each night. Was not able to control myself to get into ketosis. Magic, magic powerful ketosis.  Finally on the 11th I buckled down and stopped cheating myself out of success. Thankfully I had only gained 2 pounds since my initial weigh-in.  As of today (12-16-2016) I am down 11.4 pounds since my initial weigh in.  Yay! I know it is water-weight but it is a kickstart. I am in ketosis and feel well.  Walking up the stairs is getting easier and my joints feel a little better. 

I've started taking supplements.  

            Magnesum, Biotin, B5, Zinc, D3 and I think some others along with my regular multi vitamin. 

I have done pretty well at taking the each morning and night, depending on the pill. I have missed one day. 

I also have been using my Misfit Flash. It is interesting seeing my sleep paterns. I am not sure how accurate it is but even if it has a placebo effect on me Im good.  I have been taking about  3000-6000 steps a day. I am trying to work up to 15000 by June. I notice on days I am able to leave the house are the days I do so much more. I don't have anywhere safe to walk around here right now but working on that. 

My goals for the second half of the month are to get in more water, get more rest (at least 8 hours a night), and to make sure I am taking my supplements each day. 

Well, that is all for now.  I am going to do a blog post at the beginning of the month after the offical weigh in and mid month.  I have taken pictures and I can already see a tiny bit of difference. I started a facebook album just to see my changing body.
