Hey everybody, I'm new to diet bet, just looking to get back on track. I lost a ton of weight through Insanity & other beachbody workouts & kept it off for 2.5 years but recently gained 20 lbs. due to thyroid problems. I'm currently training for a tough mudder race this summer.  I workout about 1 hr a day 6 days a wk. A mix of strength training, plyo, hiking, & biking. My most recent accomplishment was climbing Pikes Peak. Hoping to connect with some positive people with similar goals. Let's goooooo!
