Ok i have been weigthing myself off and on since i started this Diet and i have to say i hate it. When i weigth myself at the gym i show i have been lossing weigth at a good paces but i have been also weigthing myself at work as well and it show i have lost very little at this point. So it is a up and down ride for me. I hope at everyone else is not having this problem and if you are i totaly get how you feel.
