My original goal weight was 145 lbs for my engagement photos, but I have changed my mind to 138 lbs to give myself somewhat of a buffer. If my goal is 145 lbs and I derail I could easily end up in the mid 150's in a matter of weeks or even days, which could snowball. In that case, I want to lose 31 pounds between January 12th and April 12th, ~10 lbs per month.

My highest weight was at 17 years old, 198.6 pounds. So in a matter of NINE years I would have lost... gained... lost... gained... lost... gained... lost... x239492394 and overall lost over 60 lbs. That's pretty significant. My lowest weight was at 13 when I got to 126 lbs, as an adult I got to 133 lbs at 21. I was starving to be 126 lbs, and I was restricting a lot (but not starving) at 133 lbs.

I feel like I have learned a lot about how my body works in the past 4 years and I know how to lose weight the healthy way (when I have the time to sit and think about my habits). But I'm wondering what everyone else's goal weights are, or do you have a certain pant size? What about a BMI or fat %?
