So I was so exited winning my first dietbet that I decided to join the Jamie Eason's 2016 Lean Body Jumpstart again.

 

It is a bit scarry, I have to lose 3.5 kg in 4 weeks, thats means 0.9 kg per week. Thats a lot, also it is my second month in a row losing weight and it is not so easy as in first one.

I can do it! I have to say this to myself everytime when I start doubting, keep eating according to my newly started Atkins plan and exercise and I will win again for sure :)
