Facebook was kind enough to remind me that mom died 3 years ago today.
I've had 4 pints of beer, curry, and cake.
I want more, but I'm stopping, even though I'm crying.
Im so, so sad.
Tomorrow will be better.

Try not to be sad. But do try to restrain your unhealthy emotions. You are blessed to have a mom that you still mourn. Stay sober, stay strong, stay healthy. Do it in her memory and find your joy again! Blessings!
