Joining this challenge was a real motivator!
I saw a big drop the first week - 5 lbs down. Then I slowly lost a couple more over the second and third weeks. At the final week I had to lose 3 lbs to reach my goal. Very doable, but the scale wouldn't move. I was getting worried. Yesterday I had one more pound to go. I did what any Fitbitter would do - I walked! Not my highest step count, but close. Woke up this morning and had lost 2 lbs!
11 lbs gone in 4 weeks!
