So here I am--Feb. 01-2016, signing up for the Tony Horton Deitbet February challenge.

 

I was debating starting a program on Feb. 08, when I switched to nightshift, so this holds me to that.  I'm looking forward to ding what I can to lose the 4%.

 

In 2008 I did three (3) rotations of P90X, one of P90X+ and got down to 208 lbs.  My lowest weight since freshman year of college, and I was, truly in the best shape of my life.  But, since then I have done nothing and I am now around 290 lbs.  I retire in 12 months---time to get back to it.
