I just signed up for my 3rd dietbet with Bruce Pitcher. I made my goal both times and ready to do it again! This guy is genuine and really motivates people! If you haven't seen his Extreme Weight Loss Episode from last year...you must!

I have been working hard on my health and fitness for over 2 years. I'm gluten free and eat mostly vegetables, lean protein, lowfat/nonfat dairy, small portion of oat-bran daily, and try to eat "whole" foods. My body doesn't respond the way it used to in my 20s and 30s so now that I'm 42 I've realized healthy eating needs to happen 100% of the time. My cheat meal is one peice of chocolate per day---the good stuff or a splash of natural bliss creamer and nonfat milk in my coffee with a pumpkin, sugar cookie, or gingerbread tea bag to add flavor instead of syrups!

I'm starting a new eliptical and weight training routine this month after nursing an injured knee from mid November. I'm excited to add regular excercise again to my low carb diet so I can achieve my goals of a smaller waistline and overall health in my 40's!

I'm proud of my efforts to eat right and get back into a regular excercise program, but it's never easy! It's one day at a time. One goal at a time. That's why I love diet bet.
