Sooo......I didn't do quite as well today. I forgot to take my breakfast to work. But on the bright side, I really wasn't that hungry until right before lunch. And I did remember to bring that. However, here is where things went south. I didn't eat the healthy meal I prepared the night before. Instead I ate a catered meal that I honestly wasn't really even wanting. A contractor decided to feed the whole plant and had a hotdog and chili bar set up for us. I was conservative with my selection, but it was still the wrong choice. The chili really didn't even look that good. I spent the rest of the work day feeling the effects of eating unhealthy food. My husband and I don't add salt to anything but our popcorn, that pop ourselves. I could almost taste the salt in this meal. 

I recovered from the calorie count change really well. Mostly due to the fact that my stomach stayed pretty swollen. :( Because of it all I did finish my day 600+ calories under for the day!!!
