In the last couple days I've lost 5lbs alone but I tell you it's like the hardest struggle ever. I'm constantly trying to keep my self from over eating. I've been watching my calorie intake as well really closly. I've also been going to the gym about an hour to two hours each day. I've also been taking vitamins, drinking a whole lot more water then what I'm use to, and I've been trying the slim quick extra strength pills. I honestly don't know if I'd recommend them though. The reason for this is because they make me feel physically sick. They don't really curb my hunger either, but they do help with excess water weight as I've been noticing I've been going to the bathroom to pee alot, and they make me feel a little dizzy as well. So because they make me feel this way I've decided to only take 3 a day. I'm going to have one and a half pills at breakfast and then again 6 hours later for dinner with a glass of water. If there isn't an improvement with how they make me feel in the next couple days I will most likely be cutting them out of my diet.
