The more and more I listen to my body, the more I notice I'm having to adjust. I'm NOT the type of person who can just have a specific meal plan and stick to it religiously... I am not a robot. What I mean is I might have some treats still but they are "healthified" if you know what I mean. I don't deprive myself and I definitely don't feel that way either. I made a coconut flour based vanilla cinnamon protein cookie. That was my treat for tonight with some chai tea. I feel pretty drained right now but it really is my first get go with the carb cycling successfully. I am surprised to say that I didn't start feeling drained until after dinner, so that's good considering this is my second day on the low carb part of the cycle. But I am excited about tomorrow with another high carb day! I'm trying my best to hang in and I have to say starting my day off with exercise was the BEST thing I could've done for myself. But again, I think that if I just do the whole workout in one session I would do MUCH better instead of splitting it up. I ran outside this morning but it took forever getting through my full body circuit later in the day. I probably am REALLY tired too though. But tomorrow is back to my A game! I'm excited to have more energy tomorrow. Love you guys!
