Today went okay. I've been really getting my miles in but I think having my routine is going to be my key to success. I've been used to having my time wasters if you know what I mean with social media and tv when I need to have things done. I'm trying to set boundaries with myself now so I can continue to take care of myself and not crash later when I'm playing catch up just because I didn't discipline myself sooner. I'd rather have a routine. I may not always want to do it but will do it anyway. That goes for my self care, mental health, spirituality, relationships, etc. Everything in balance <3
