So...I'm starting a new program because I got a month for free with 3S Fitness and it's amaze-balls (lol)! I basically have a structured meal plan and exercise routine to stick to. I'm really excited. I just realized through talking to some people today that I was malnourishing myself. I didn't realize how much I was still restricting myself which is terrible! I've already been in recovery for my eating disorder but all the while, I was still instilling those behaviors. I just want to be honest and say I was only consuming about 1000-1200 calories a day and even though I am little (5'1") I still need fuel. My new meal plan is going to be a lot more calorie intake but I think it's going to be good for an overall change. I'm ready for it. I feel really sluggish tonight but I think I am also really tired from doing school work and such. Classes are getting more intense but I am ready for that. Bring it on!
