Day 1
Just did some burpees (38 in 15min) and I feel really out of shape.
Food-wise it's not bad. Had some salmon and beef, little bit of bread, need to increase vegetable intake.
Quite well hydrated.
Finished with some white cheese and sourcraut.
Day 2
I was hoping to get some training today but failed.
Good day in other front. Ate well and quite healthy and I'm hungry... good sign.
Day 3
All day at work and some stupid things got me. Not big deal (just two pieces of toast and two small plain rolls) but still not good enough.
Good training session. In 23:40 I've finished "one-handed killer"*
*kettlebell hang snatches 16kg (35lb)
1 rep left hand 1 rep right hand
2 reps left 2 reps right
3 reps left... and so on
until reached 10 reps left and right hand
then 9 reps left and 9 left and so on till 1 rep.
(bell only touched the ground at hand changes)
