Day 4 and 5 and 6

 

I'm getting better with avoiding flour products but it is slightly harder with fruits, I wish I had the same issue with green and leafy stuff...

 

Skipped training on Thuursday and Friday due to work hours, today I did some barbell complex (just 20kg/44lb barbell) - romanian deadlifts, military presses and front squats...

 

Tomorrow I'll check my weight...
