While the scale isn't moving down very quickly, I've been noticing a lot of physical changes this week which have been very exciting.  When I was on the ARC trainer the other day, I looked down at my feet and was honestly shocked that my tummy wasn't blocking them as much as it used to.  I kept looking, because I couldn't believe that I was seeing such a dramatic difference from only a week or so earlier.

Ever since, I've been looking for - and finding - signs that my body is changing.  Tonight I plan to take some measurements to really have concrete evidence of the changes.

It's nice to remember that the scale doesn't tell the whole story.  My efforts are having effects.
