I have a confession to make. Before I signed up for this challenge I had already started working out AKA physical therapy on knees and ankles. As a result, I have been walking, short jogs, and some sprints. Today, I added stair steps. I feel I am making progress towards my six month target. I will keep this bog updated.

I had a good workout today. Me and stairs are becoming friends. Time to go get my second work out in. I am proud of myself. Day 2 without a soft drink of any kind.
