Seriously I need to focus. I did so well the first two years of my journey and this past year I can't seem to get my crap together. I won my last Dietbet and despite the craziness in my life I plan to win this one.

Studying dietetics is a perk for me because I know what I should do to balance. I plan on being in the 1250-1400 calorie range with a balanced breakdown  (no eliminating food groups for this girl)

6-8 Oz Protein

3 servings non-starchy veggies

3 servings healthy fats (mmmm peanut butter)

And 9 servings carbs broken down:

2-3 servings fruit

1-2 servings dairy

3-5 servings grains/starches

1-2 servings starchy veggies

 

But if I need to lose my ass I better move it.

Monday Wednesday Friday: 3 day split with a walk and tone class chaser

Tuesday: Teach Zumba

Anything else is bonus. 

 

At the end of the day it takes focus, and believe me, I plan to win!!!!
