Well now I've done it.  i've signed up and paid my fee to be accountable to my weight loss. No turning back now.  The next month (March 2016) will be where I start my journey of getting back to my old self.  I used to love doing aerobics classes.  Now they scare me to death... a full hour of jumping around... I also used to have no problem going to the gym for an hour.  Right now I'm just going to get myself to walk 30 minutes everyday and start lifting again.  Watching what I eat (no matter what my mood is ) and pushing myself away from delicious food (or simply saying no in the first place.  As I type this I can't believe that these things seem like challenges to me but after a while of puttting priorities into things other than my health and well being, well, here I am.  So God, walk with me on this journey and let me find the right folks to keep me motivated and on track and let me be the motivator and supporter on their journies too.
