I have successfully completed 5 DB's but never a Transformer because I would weigh too low. Well, right now I feel like I need to do this (I am also beginning my 6th DB today). For one thing, this will keep me very accountable for 6 months instead of only one month. This will get me back on the fitness trail. I have HM training that needs to begon now and I want to incorporate my 60 day Jessica Smith program. This will give me a great overall plan IF and only if I impliment it. This is a must do. I feel like I am allowing myself too many leeways and that is a slippery slope I would rather ignore. So today is the beginning of something new. Here we go!!!!!!!
