Getting ready!! I should note that I have a spinal injury and broke both of my feet so am limited on what I can do for exercise. I say that not as an excuse, but if someone wonders why I am not pushing it harder, this is why. 

I walked a mile and half today in 12.5mins and 2 dogs in tow. That should could for upper body strength endurance I should think ;)
