I started my weight loss journey in August 2015. Within 5 months I lost 30lbs. Since then, I have been at a stand still, yet I am not at my goal weight. As I have been watching the months go by, and I have been keeping my activity level up, and have been following my "new" diet and eating habits(for the most part), I have not noticed much of a change. Going into this Kickstarter challenge I am doing with Dietbet, will be another beginning for me... something to help me break through this lull I have found myself in. I'm looking forward to getting out of this rut and seeing my results!
