I'm currently on the last week of one of my diet bet games (March Madness Kickstarter), the first diet bet game I've ever participated in. I don't know about others but for me I have my own formula for losing wight. Works for me and works for a lot of people. What I didn't have  for the longest time was the support to continue on my journey of health. I would find excuses to stay unhealthy, through a lot of mistakes you find out more about yourself and the world around you. Their are people out there that push themselves so much, but when they don't reach their goals they beat themselves up to the ground. Or they lose focus on why their doing what their doing. What I learned was that when you help others out your not only helping them reach their goal but your helping yourself reach whatever goals your currently on. Take time to help one person push themselves towards their goals and that a little encouragement actually goes a long ways.
