I am a mother of three, just had my third child a year ago. It has been rough over the years with my weight fluctuating so much between being pregnant and trying to be fit. At the same time being the best mother I can be I forgot to take care of myself. Getting away to workout or go on a mile run just wasnt so easy for me. Nor eating the healthiest because i just love the taste of the "bad" foods. At this point and time in my life, I am ready to try something new. I've always loved to turn up the music and dance, even with my kids, they seem to think I'm alittle silly. But thats the best part about it!!!
