I've completed a few Diet Bet challenges last year and was successful.  It felt good to be challenged and it definitely made me more disciplined.  I haven't been doing so great lately, and the main reason is because I've injured my achilles tendon.  I'm wearing a stabilization boot for the next few weeks so I'm not exactly sure why I chose NOW to join this again?  I think I just want to really focus on my eating and make sure that I make some improvements and keep better track.  I'm going to try some weights and yoga/floor exercises so that I don't make the achilles issue worse.  I'm excited and nervous.  

For the Diet Bets I participated in last year, I was running a few times a week!  So, now, I'm going to have to really REALLY focus on my eating and water intake.  Losing weight is a combo of eating right and exercise, but exercise doesn't do any good if we're just pouring garbage into our bodies.
