I've been struggling, mostly because of stressful work issue (just BUSY), but this week, something clicked. I'm eating better, eating less carbs and eating less overall. Exercise is still hit or miss because of my schedule and work load, but I know (at least for me) that diet is 80% of losing weight.

Motivation has been an issue this spring, but when that weight starts dropping off, there's no stronger motivation than that for me!
