So I'd like to consider myself a pretty healthy person... but I also love junk food and hate to admit it. I crash diet, I try alternative methods (which I highly believe in). But now, I am willing to do what feels good. Whether that be taking a break and fasting, or binging on fruits and veggies, I am determined to feel great. And i'm not oblivious to "health fads." I do my own research and read scientific studies and see documentaries on fasting and raw vegan stuff. So please refrain from telling me I'm wrong... because I will show you the facts.. Hard hitting experimental studies... I'm open to new methods of detox, cleansing, and overall well-being. Good luck to everyone! May the odds be ever in your favor :D
