Day 1 (4/18) - I prepped my food yesterday and packed my lunch today.  I ate breakfast at home and didn't stop for anything on my way into work.  So far I'm doing well, but it is only 10:30am.  I swapped my morning soda for some Vitamin Water Zero - I still want that Pepsi and have a headache, but I want to fit in my clothes more.  Hoping I can stick to it!
