I've been a Weight Watchers customer since 2011, when I was 222 pounds. It's been a long battle! Got all the way down to 169, then went on vacation and it's been a spiral ever since :( I'm currently up to 193.8, and getting into the 190s made me open my eyes. I'm NEVER going back to 200+. It just won't happen. That's what's inspired me to finally do one of these challenges and better myself. It won't be without some speed bumps, but I can make it! In fact, I have a vacation right at the end of this -- the last 3 days or so. I have to find a way to be healthy that weekend, no matter what! I refuse to let myself lose this challenge. I won't let it happen.

So, my challenges I'll face the next month:

  1. The Captain America 3 movie, which will include a dinner at Cinetopia beforehand :| (not healthy food at all)
  2. 3 day weekend with my friend in Washington.
  3. I live with my dad, so I'll need to avoid the junk food we currently have in our home and hope he eats it all.
  4. Not let myself be lazy, even on days where I have cramps / womanly issues.

There are more, but I know I can overcome all of those. They're the biggest issues -- but if I keep working at it, every day, I know I can do it.
