I've been a Weight Watchers customer since 2011, when I was 222 pounds. It's been a long battle! Got all the way down to 169, then went on vacation and it's been a spiral ever since :( I'm currently up to 193.8, and getting into the 190s made me open my eyes. I'm NEVER going back to 200+. It just won't happen. That's what's inspired me to finally do one of these challenges and better myself. It won't be without some speed bumps, but I can make it! In fact, I have a vacation right at the end of this -- the last 3 days or so. I have to find a way to be healthy that weekend, no matter what! I refuse to let myself lose this challenge. I won't let it happen.
So, my challenges I'll face the next month:
- The Captain America 3 movie, which will include a dinner at Cinetopia beforehand :| (not healthy food at all)
- 3 day weekend with my friend in Washington.
- I live with my dad, so I'll need to avoid the junk food we currently have in our home and hope he eats it all.
- Not let myself be lazy, even on days where I have cramps / womanly issues.
There are more, but I know I can overcome all of those. They're the biggest issues -- but if I keep working at it, every day, I know I can do it.
