I heard about DietBet from a friend a few years ago. In 2014 I finally tried it - but was not a winner and did not finish my bet.
Now - I'm more than 10 pounds heavier - and still looking for that perfect way to lose weight and become healthier. I have another friend who just started as a coach for a very big fitnes company. I'm going to be one of her guinea pigs for her first challenge with them. I thought, boy I wish they were paying me to do this instead of the other way around. And then I remembered DietBet! I can get paid to lose weight.
So, with a super supportive friend, and realization I've got to do something, and of course the overhwelming desire to become healthier - I'm really all in.
My plans for this transformer challenge?
1 - Drink more water (100oz per day)
2 - Exercise more (at least walk daily - but usually do some type of workout too)
3 - Sleep more (in bed by 10pm)
I will update my goals and progress each 30 days - but am really hoping not just to win a few of the rounds, but be a winner in the long term bet too!
