Consuming mass quantities of water is not my favorite part of any lifestyle, whether it is trying to reduce weight or maintain a healthy lifestyle. Last week I came up with a trick that works pretty good for now. I placed a poly coated label on my water bottle, everytime I fill it up I mark the label with a grease pencil, I have contests with myself to try and drink as much as the day before or more. Every morning I just wipe off the day before marks, it works so far hopefully it will continue to work.
