Well, I went to the doctor yesterday for a physical and found out that I am the heaviest that I have been in my life in terms of my weight.  I am very unhappy about this.  I have been working out hard but have not been mindful of my nutrition.  

I am motivated that I can lose the 4% of the current high body weight and tone up for summer.  I will work on logging my food and continuing to work out.  The goal is to banish this belly bulge, look good in a bikini, and reduce my risk of heart problems and such later in life.  

 

Current food today:

Coffee protein shake 

Romaine Salad with walnuts, gorgonzola, grapes,  low fat balsamic dressing

Watermelon

Water water water!
