Hi everyone!

I want to congratulate you on making the first step to commitment. This process will be hard to many but will get easier as time goes on. I'll be the first to admit that. Since I entered college I had trouble with my weight. In high school, I ate healthy and was in track and dance. It is not until I reached college that I ate everything in site and was super lazy. Its been hard to get back and stay commited since graduation. This year I made a new commitment to myself. I refuse to focus on a certain goal weight and just focus on being healthy and enjoying activities withought huffing and puffing. I am not cutting the foods I love to eat, I just modify it or make a healthier version. From February 18, 2016 to April 6th, 2016, I have lost 20 pounds. What helped me a lot was creating a weekly meal plan. Everyday I wrote what I ate for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Snacks. Not only did it help me track my eating habits but I was able to figure out if I am eating too much or too little and when I fell off I knew what to eat to get right back (because my memory is not all that great). This may help you as well.

So people... let's do this together! It is not a competition with each other but a competition with yourself. You will be able to see how far you can push yourself and what your weakness is. We will have bad days and we will have good days, just remember there is 24 hours a day, so make the day count by doing something good. I have your back!
