So, for about the last 3 months, I haven't seen much change in my weight or shape. I have about 10 more lbs I want to lose, and I would like to lose more of my muffin top. I am keeping up with my workouts, but I know I eat way to many nuts. I need to push myself over the edge and stay on track. i am starting and going to be serious with this diet bet.

Coloured containers for servings make it fun!Autumn has a saying: "One day at a time, one pound at a time." You've got this! You'll do it!
