I am excited to reach this stepping step goal on my way to a healthier, more vital me.  

Actually surprised myself by feeling a little anclimatic today with this achievement - I am much more excited to be PAIN FREE today!  Apparently my Whole Body Vibration, increased physical therapy and exercising works.  

I allowed myself to push my exercise today.  

  • I did my Whole Body Vibration again for this morning's exercise.
  • For my pre-lunch exercise I evaluated how I was feeling and pushed the envelope.  Took out my super-fast Leslie Sansone 4 mile walking DVD and added my hand weights.  Feeling great, I pumped up the exercise with jogging sprints and cross-body movements with my hands/arms. 

So far so good.  Still feeling great.

On another note.  It is surprising that I really am not craving "happy hour".  I think increasing my b-vitamins (as my doctor suggested) is really helping.

Since setting my goals for my kick-starter using myfitnesspal.com, I am losing weight again.  Sticking to my short-term 1,200 calorie daily goal/limit is surprisingly easy now that I allow myself to use some prepared frozen meals along with my It Works supplemental products - enhanced with some fresh fruit and veggies.  I  did cook some beautiful garlic shrimp on linguine this weekend with burst tomatoes - kept on plan and tracked every bite.

YESTERDAY'S DAILY CHALLENGE:  Yesterday I was cleaning out the freezer and took the last Magnum Double Caramel bar out of the box so I had more room for my "Smart Ones".  As I was looking at my plan I considered trading out something to include that 310 calorie "beauty" into my day.  Then had a good talking with myself and stuck with my plan - "really Michel, what ARE you thinking - while it may technically "fit" into myfitnesspal tracker - it does not include the best nutitional choices.
