So I just signed up for this diet bet.  Its pretty expensive but its actually going to start in conjunction with another group fitness challenge I am doing so I think it may provide the motivation to stick to it.  I've really been struggling with the schedule management of it all so I am hoping that this will help.  4$ of my body weight is about 7lbs, but I'm really shooting for closer to 10lbs.  I have been bouncing around in the 160s forever and I am ready to be out of them.
