So the first few weeks have been tough. I've hit the gym a LOT. Really trying to get in exercise on a daily basis. I change my clothes before leaving work and stop at the gym before going home. I have found that if I go home first.... the gym is just too far away! I don't like to be sweaty and dirty, but I've realized that I just need to suck it up and get sweaty. Over the last few days, I've found that I really like the treadmill. I love to job on the treadmill and then do a circut of weights. I've invested in a personal trainer andreally am starting to like the gym!
My weigh in day is tomorrow, let's keep our fingers crossed!
