I dropped 50 lbs years ago and managed to keep it off but over the last two years I have stopped my running and gained 22lbs back, not feeling happy with myself and I don't know how I got to 155.9. My happy weight that I maintainded for years was 133... anyway I am heading to Cancun in 4 weeks and need to shed some of this weight. Not to mention I need to get a backĀ on the running horse again as I have qualified for the Chicago marathont his year. Hopefeully this challenge will be the kick in the pants that I need.
